What exact Google permissions does the app need and why?

We strictly follow a minimal-access policy. We use the drive.readonly scope to scan and list files in your provided folder. We use the spreadsheets.readonly / auth/documents scope solely to generate live secure previews of those files inside our portal. Finally, if you choose to use our AI, we use the script.external_request scope to send file data to the secure Google Gemini API to generate insights. We do not edit, delete, or modify any files.

Is my data used to train the AI?

Absolutely not. We use an enterprise-grade paid Google Gemini API. When you use the ‘Smart AI’ feature, data is processed securely in real-time and is never used by Google to train their public AI models, nor is it stored on our servers.

What does the “3-Year License” mean?
