Description of Service BI Smart Search is a productivity application built on Google Apps Script that allows authorized users to search, securely preview, and analyze files within their connected Google Drive folders. The Service includes advanced “Smart AI Insights” powered by the Google Gemini API to generate executive summaries and data visualizations.

3. Google Workspace & API Integrations Our Service heavily relies on Google Workspace APIs (Google Drive, Google Sheets) and the Google Gemini API.

  • We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, or changes in API policies enforced by Google.
  • The AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the AI-generated content, and users should manually verify critical business data.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use * You must have the legal right and proper organizational permissions to access the Google Drive folders and files you connect to the Service.

  • You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security protocols, reverse-engineer the application, or use the Service for any illegal activities.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.

5. Data Privacy & Ownership Your data belongs to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the files, spreadsheets, or documents you access through our Service. Our data handling practices, including our strict “Read-Only” and “No Storage” policies, are detailed in our [Privacy Policy].

6. Payment, Subscriptions, and Licenses * We offer both Monthly Subscriptions and a one-time 3-Year License.
